I would say that was the best working experience EVER. Why? Look who's my colleague!
Tadaaa! :)
Working doesnt sound like working anymore when you work together with thebestfriend=D
Basically our jobscope is to give free cholesterol check to the public under a roadshow held by Nestle, that's it.Unlike the one i did last time, which was free for the first hundred, this time we're only giving free checks for the first twenty peeps. Over twenty u'll need to buy milk then only we can do the free checking.BUSINESSTACTIC! Much much less tedious mohohoho.
U can see the crowds lining up long for the checking when it's free. Damn proud lor u know so many people queued up for my service haha. :P But too bad after an hour when the 20 customers quota reached, everyone seemed to disappear out of sudden.
So basically after the first hour we have nothing much to do unless there were a few customer who purposely bought the milk for this free cholesterol check. 1 hour of working, 7 hours of chitchatting, playing, drinking milk, laughing like mad woman, with a pretty good pay, what could you ask for more? We were even free until we managed to create this stupid game called #Bright and dark# and we partially composed a rap song for this cholesterol check. Fail Sue she gave up composing the song therefore i decided to give up together with her to show that im a good friend.
Us in professional look :D
If u cannot remember how do i look like, fyi, the left one is Sue, so obviously the right one is *cough*, me.
There was a Malay aunty who asked us if we're twins. Dont know leh but seriously i think our ONLY common feature is just that we both have long legs, and she is slightly taller. My eyes are smaller and she speaks alot softer lol. Anyway i guess the reason that the aunty said that is because she wanted to show us that she has a pair of twins grandchildren too! And, twin kids are sho adorable!
the milk sampling aunties. Credits to the Colgate guy.
The sampling aunties are just extremely kind. Hardly remember their real name, can only remember nicknames. Left aunty is Naima and the right aunty is 家燕姐. They kept pouring milk sample for us even though the supermarket has this smart policy saying that all the staffs are not allowed to eat/drink any samples. The supermarket even threatened us saying that if they see us drinking/eating, they will chase us out of the supermarket. Smart right? If everyone is eating then they chase everyone out then the supermarket has noone to work for them anymore. Haha in the end we can only drink our milk under the table, or, behind the wall so that the manager dont drag us out. And drinking milk suddenly became one of the most adventurous and chigek task ever in life.
Happy me during happy breaktime :D
All the pictures were only taken on the second day. Thanks to The supermarket who invented another smart policy which prohibits us Staffs to bring in our handphone. On the first day of working we obediently surrendered our phones to the guards. So the second day we learnt the lesson and became smarter. Mohoho we sneaked in our phones in by hiding it somewhere. secret :P
okay done reporting day fiftythree and two. :D
After two continous days of working, im here proudly declare day fiftyone as urr, lazy day.
Current plan for the day: Finish my novels as many as i can + wait for Mama and fatjo to come home so that we could make Sushi and EAT. GOosh the stomach is growling now i think the hungry index has reached the level of 9 out of 10.
Take me forever to finish 'em. :/
See you tomorrow :)
